SAN DIEGO, May 2, 2017, Legacy Health Strategies’ care managers are now Centerfirst Certified™ for achieving sustained, above-standard performance on contact center customer service skills for a patient support program.
Centerfirst Certified™ is a distinction provided to Centerfirst Outsourced QM™ clients who have adopted the highest industry standards of regulatory compliance and customer service excellence and have consistently performed at or above the standard for at least six consecutive months.
Legacy care managers consistently scored over an average of 95% for the past six consecutive months on compliance and caller engagement.
